Contract Options
BSD Service packages provides you annual support, priority response from expert staff, access to BSD genuine spare parts, optional benefits, and discounts for the service of multiple BSD instruments at the same site. All packages are inclusive of a BSD Service Certification, travel and associated costs, labor, consumables, and access to the BSD wealth of knowledge direct from the manufacturer.
One-Off Servicing
Single non-contract services are available to perform any site activity that you require, whether it be training new laboratory analysts to use a BSD product, or reinstalling or refurbishing a BSD instrument. Non-contract service pricing is available on request.
IQ/OQ Service
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) Services provide assurance that your BSD instruments are operating to maximum efficiency and overall functionality. The IQ/OQ service provides documented verification that instrumentation is installed to manufacturer’s recommendations and user requirements and is operating as intended to anticipated specifications. For customers requiring IQ/OQ documentation, BSD Robotics can provide this service on every instrument that is directly installed or serviced through BSD Robotics. While every installation and service conducted by BSD Robotics is held to the upmost regard, in those cases needing further documentation, this can be achieved.
Remote Service Package
If you prefer to use your own maintenance resources, Remote Service Packages are also available offering telephone and email support direct from the manufacturer and access to BSD expertise assessment and advice during the contract period. To find out more information, contact us here.
